Head first in the deep
I glide turquoise
didn’t know my body
could breathe clean
muscled strokes
I push deeper
suck a hose
on my lips that
gives me breath
sip oxygen
smooth
I brush through
liquid topaz
one could
consume
shimmer down
here manifest in
something blinding
